Can I cancel, no strings attached?
We do have a deadline/cut-off for canceling subscriptions since we reserve your next bundle for you during production.
Cancelations must be requested through email before the 1st of each month regardless of your charge date. Even if your card has not been charged yet, your bundle is reserved on the 1st.
Bundles can only be canceled after your second bundle has been paid for. Discount pricing is not available for those who plan to order once and cancel immediately after. There is a 2 month minimum subscription period.
If you don't meet the cut-off date when submitting a cancelation request, you'll be charged for the month and your order will ship out as usual. Future recurring charges will be canceled once your final bundle has left our shop.

When will my card be charged?
Your recurring charge will process on the same day you placed your original order, every month.
Ex. You subscribe on the 10th of the month. That will be your charge date for the duration of your subscription. Your box will ship the first week of the month following your payment being processed.
If I'm already subscribed, will I be included in offers for your bonus items?
On occasion, I enjoy adding a BONUS GIFT in the first "x-amount" of orders. I make sure I order enough of these items to accommodate my subscribers as well as the number of boxes we advertise the offer for. So, yes! All subscribers get these bonus items as well as other occasional surprises like coupons and Scratch & Win Cards.
Can coupon codes be used on boxes?
Our subscription pricing is already discounted, so we DO NOT allow code uses on bundles. If a promotion DOES allow codes on specific boxes, that will be expressed in detail on our promocode advertisement.
What if I don't use PayPal but I want to subscribe?
Our subscription customers use PayPal, which is the service that drafts our recurring payments... but what about the rest of you? Should you be excluded from enjoying a glow up just because you don't use PayPal??? Absolutely NOT.
We offer a monthly recurring invoice option to bypass the PayPal payment processor for those of you who do not use PayPal. Your monthly invoice will be sent out when our pre-order cycle opens on the 15th of each month and needs to be paid upon receipt. While we don't have issues with non-payment at this time, invoice options will be revoked if you do not pay your invoice in a timely manner. All of the same rules and policies apply to our invoiced customers as our PayPal customers. Invoice emails include a link to your plan and can be paid with any bank card or major credit card just like standard orders on our website.

Can I change my charge date?
Yes. By canceling your subscription via email request, you can choose the date your payment processes by ordering on a specific date during the next bundle cycle.
When canceling, you can also request a reminder email on the date you'd like to re-subscribe. We're happy to make it convenient!
Keep in mind- if your original subscription was locked in with a Free Shipping code that is no longer offered, unfortunately we cannot honor that discount once it's expired.
What happens if my charge is declined?
Our recurring payments are processed through PayPal Merchant Services. If your charge is declined or canceled they will make a second draft attempt 5 days later. If the 2nd attempt fails, I will invoice you for the bundle so you may pay with a different form of payment.
